GROWTH / THE CONNECTED WORK

A signal becomes a system.

The operating sequence, from a business objective to measured improvement. This describes the architecture; campaign metrics appear only in the authenticated Command workspace.

  1. 01Strategy

    Define the objective and constraints.

  2. 02Content

    Build the editorial substance.

  3. 03Creative

Shape the message for its medium.

  4. 04Distribution

    Connect publishing and community.

  5. 05Campaign

    Configure the paid acquisition layer.

  6. 06Analytics

    Inspect attributed, scoped evidence.

  7. 07Optimization

Use measured results to choose the next action.

Search and shopping campaigns structured around commercial intent, with the negative list treated as a first-class part of the build rather than a cleanup task. Performance Max is used only where the asset structure genuinely supports it.

ENTRY

Three questions
before anything else.

Answering these narrows the work to real service modules. It does not produce a quote, a plan or a projection.

STEP 01 What do you want to grow?

Start from what exists.

STEP 02 What is your objective?

Define success before spending on it.

STEP 03 Where should we reach people?

Only channels KNOuX actually works in.

CAMPAIGN BUDGET

A figure changes the conversation, not the promise.

Entering an intended budget tells KNOuX how much scope a project has to work with. It is used to understand what can be configured properly and to carry the figure into the enquiry. It is not used to produce a forecast, a benchmark, a cost-per-result estimate or a return projection, and no such projection appears anywhere on this site.

Enter a figure to see the scope band it implies. A figure is optional: an enquiry without one is still a valid starting point.

Under 5,000
Usually enough to establish a focused single channel with correct measurement.
5,000 to 15,000
Allows a second channel and a creative production line alongside measurement.
15,000 to 50,000
Suits multi-channel work where creative and audience testing are the constraint rather than budget.
Over 50,000
Indicates a scope where strategy, tracking and production are all required before spend is committed.
CHANNELS

Five channels,
one method.

Each channel is a distinct discipline with its own prerequisites and outputs. The method underneath them is shared.
